What is your return policy?
At this time, due to Covid-19, we do not accept returns. If you are unhappy with your jewelry please contact us at allears@stellamaee.com
Jewelry & Materials
What metals do you offer?
We offer Silver 925, Rose Gold plated and 18k Solid Gold. Prices vary by materials and styles. You can find more information about each item under “Product detail”. Our jewelry is custom made so not one piece will be the same as another, it's unique just like you.
Can I bring my own jewelry to get pierced?
At Stella Maee we want to provide the best care and experience with our unique and high quality jewelry therefore we will only pierce with our jewelry.
Do you pierce remotely?
Whether you want to have a piercing party or just have the convenience of not leaving the comfort of your home, we do provide VIP access and come to your desired location. For more information please contact us at allears@stellamaee.com
Piercing
Get pierced in a safe, clean and stylish environment.
What are your piercing prices?
Piercing prices are separate from the cost of the jewelry, and are paid for at the store.
Do you pierce babies?
We pierce all ages. For minors under 18 years of age we require a parent or legal guardian. For infants we require one DTaP vaccine. If you would like a private room where you can comfort your child after piercing please let us know prior to your appointment. Our earrings have flat backs to make it comfortable to lay on them. They also have long posts to provide more room to heal post-piercing.
Can you do other piercings?
We focus and specialize on ear piercing. We do not pierce or sell jewelry for other body parts.
